Refund policy
Return and Exchange Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items purchased from Skin Bliss Shop. To be eligible, items must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Final-sale merchandise
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at return@skinblissshop.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Item: Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship it back to us. Include the RMA number on the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or an exchange will be initiated.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges to customers who abuse this policy.
